Setup Steps:

1. Start with a Template

   • What you’ll see:
     • Layout options (Welcome Message, Quick Replies, Simple Flow)
     • A button to "Continue with this template"
   • Action:
     • Select the desired layout and click "Continue" to start your bot setup.

2. Use the Editing Tabs

   • After picking a template, access three tabs:
     • Content: Add messages, questions, and replies
     • Style: Adjust tone and appearance
     • Settings: Connect your Facebook page and set bot response times

3. Set Up Your ChatBot

   • Content Tab: Create messages including:

     • Welcome Message: Greet users when a chat starts
     • Quick Reply Buttons: Provide options for users
     • Automated Replies: Answer FAQs (e.g., business hours, pricing)
     • Message Flows: Guide users step-by-step

   • Style Tab: Customize chatbot personality:

     • Text Tone: Choose friendly, professional, or casual
     • Emoji & Formatting: Use emojis or line breaks for clarity
     • Delay Timing: Add delays for a natural flow

   • Settings Tab: Manage chatbot functionality:

     • Connect Page: Link to your Facebook Business Page
     • Reply Timing: Determine response triggers
     • Fallback Message: Set default message for misunderstandings
     • Pause/Resume: Allow human intervention when necessary
