1. Start with a Template

• Layout Options:
  • Basic Chat Setup

  • Quick Reply Menu
• Action:
  • Click a layout to preview.
  • Select a template and click Continue to begin setup.

2. Use the Editing Tabs

After selecting a layout, three main tabs will assist you:

Content Tab

• Features:
  • Start Message: Greet users with a custom message.
  • Quick Replies: Add buttons like “Get Info” or “Talk to Support.”
  • Reply Flows: Define actions triggered by button clicks.
  • Links & Actions: Redirect users to a website or next step.

Style Tab

• Customization:
  • Colors & Fonts: Match chat bubble aesthetics to your site.
  • Avatar & Header: Display bot name or image.
  • Chat Button Design: Choose design for the Telegram launch icon.
  • Position: Place chat button in a convenient location.

Settings Tab

• Functionality:
  • Trigger Rules: Set when the bot appears (e.g., after a few seconds).
  • Visibility: Control access on devices or for specific visitors.
  • Offline Behavior: Determine actions when unavailable.
  • Custom Code: Add CSS or JavaScript for additional features.
