The WhatsApp ChatBot Widget allows direct communication with visitors via WhatsApp, enabling you to:

1. Connect Your WhatsApp Account

• What you’ll see:
  • Field for WhatsApp Business API or integration details
  • A Connect button for setup
• What to do:
  • Enter your WhatsApp credentials or API token
  • Click Connect to link the chatbot with your WhatsApp number

2. Use the Editing Tabs

After setup, manage your widget through three tabs:

• Content: Create and manage automated messages
• Style: Customize the appearance of the chat button
• Settings: Control chatbot behavior on your site

3. Customize Your WhatsApp ChatBot

Content Tab

Set up replies and messages:

• Welcome Message: First message users see
• Quick Reply Buttons: Options for users to select from
• Message Sequences: Guide users through multiple actions
• Media Support: Add images, links, or buttons

Style Tab

Make the chat widget align with your website:

• Chat Button Style: Position and appearance of the WhatsApp icon
• Theme Colors: Match your brand colors
• Font Options: Choose a readable font
• Size and Placement: Adjust button size and location

Settings Tab

Manage chatbot functionality:

• Trigger Rules: Determine when the chat appears
• Mobile Behavior: Ensure compatibility with phones and tablets
• Response Timing: Implement pauses between messages for a natural feel
• Custom Code: Use advanced options if needed (optional)

Helpful Tips

• Utilize the Content tab for message flows
